The home also meets ARCO2's usual high eco-standards and it has a shallow pitched green roof to minimise impact from the neighbouring building and provides a very pleasant outlook.
This all proves that planning consent can be obtained for super modern and environmentally friendly homes, even on difficult and constrained sites.
