The number of individual custom and self-build homes in the UK is increasing, but if the experience of other countries is anything to go by there is more growth to come in this exciting way of achieving the homes we need.
The National Custom and Self Build Association organised a trip to the Netherlands last year, to see how they are making a reality of what many people want to achieve - i.e. designing and/or building their own home.
